Viewing full activity history requires KeepCount Pro. Basic counting and in-app undo remain free.

How to do it
Open the right board
Choose the board whose activity you want to review. History belongs to that board.
Open Edit Board
Tap its title, then look for Activity. If you are using the free app, the section offers Unlock Activity History.
Read the changes
With Pro active, activity entries are shown newest first. Review count changes, resets, label or color edits, and additions or removals.
Read the before-and-after value
A count change such as Boxes: 12 → 16 shows the earlier and later values. That could represent four step-1 taps or another supported numerical change; the final number alone does not identify the real-world events.
Rapid taps may be grouped into one entry. KeepCount is designed for quick counting, not a separate timestamped receipt for every individual tap.
Check the type of event
A label-change entry preserves the prior label so that a rename does not make the event incomprehensible. A reset entry identifies a reset; the reset baseline belongs to the counter settings.
If a session total looks wrong, compare the event sequence with your own notes before changing the current value. Widgets and Shortcuts can change the same local counters.
Limits of the activity log
The activity view is not an export, accounting ledger, or multi-person audit trail. It does not automatically calculate attendance reports, habit streaks, or workout statistics.
History does not restore deleted app data or replay a past board state. Correct a known count with number entry or use Undo when available, and keep important external records separately.
Common questions
Does Pro add more accurate counting?
The counting modes and normal counter customization are available free. Pro adds access to full history, unlimited boards, and ad removal.
